Our Credit Guide sets out who we are, the lenders on our panel, the six lenders we and your credit representative used most in the last financial year, our obligations to you under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, how we are paid, and who to speak to if you are unhappy. We give this to you before we provide credit assistance.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, tell us first. Call Priya Dey on 0450 355 604 or email info@fnsq.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and work to resolve it. If resolving it will take longer than 30 days, we will write to you and explain why.
If we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, you can take the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, an external dispute resolution scheme that costs you nothing to use. Contact AFCA at afca.org.au, at info@afca.org.au, on 1800 931 678, or by mail at GPO Box 3, Melbourne VIC 3001. AFCA Membership Number 94619.
